Reward fulfilment

EVT manages the full process of dealing with the suppliers, systems to handle order placement and the fulfilment of the rewards to the Achiever.

It is a very important component of any Rewards programme that the delivery of the Reward is timely and delivered with a Top Achiever's expectations in mind. What's the point of selling the Reward if there is no delivery of it?
